These Terms & Conditions apply to any user (“User”) who accesses or uses the online services and payment facilities provided by White Hospitality via the website .

By authorizing a payment to White Hospitality through the online payment service (“Service”), the User is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. White Hospitality reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to review them periodically before using the Service.

The following is a summary of the key terms governing use of the Service:

  • Payments through this Service may only be made using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Net Banking.

  • Users are advised to verify applicable charges or fees with their respective card-issuing bank prior to making a payment.

  • Card details provided during payment are processed securely by the payment gateway service provider and are not stored or received by White Hospitality.

  • The User is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered.

  • Users are advised to retain a copy of the transaction receipt for record-keeping and dispute resolution purposes.


Data Security & Risk Acknowledgment

The User acknowledges and agrees that personal data, including debit/credit card or net banking details transmitted over the internet, may be subject to risks such as hacking, misuse, theft, or fraud. White Hospitality and the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such risks and shall not be held liable for any loss arising therefrom.

While payments are processed through secure payment gateway systems, White Hospitality does not guarantee that information transmitted online will be completely secure or free from unauthorized interception.

White Hospitality shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, interception, alteration, or misuse of data provided by Users while using the Service.


Limitation of Liability

White Hospitality and/or its Payment Service Providers shall not be liable for any:

  • Inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission in data transmission

  • Service interruption or non-performance

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages

arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service, including unauthorized access or data alteration.

White Hospitality shall not be held responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


Website Ownership & Governing Law

The website  whitehospitality.ae is owned and operated by White Hospitality.

  • United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile

  • Governing law shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE


Payment Acceptance & Compliance

  • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted

  • White Hospitality does not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE laws

  • Users under the age of 18 years are not permitted to register, transact, or use the website

  • Cardholders must retain transaction records and merchant policies

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information


Debit / Credit Card & Bank Account Details

The User confirms that:

  • All card or bank account details provided are correct, valid, and lawfully owned or authorized

  • The User is legally entitled to use the provided payment method

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available at the time of payment

  • The User authorizes White Hospitality to debit the nominated account for the selected payment, including applicable fees

White Hospitality shall not be liable for payment failures due to insufficient funds or incorrect details.


Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to the User’s registered email address within 24 hours of receipt of payment.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed

  • Guests must comply with venue-specific policies, including door and entry rules

  • Payments made for specific events are valid only for the stated event duration

  • It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive at the correct time


Privacy Policy

  • Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information are not stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties

  •  whitehospitality.ae does not pass card details to any third parties

  • Appropriate security measures are implemented to protect user data; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed

  • White Hospitality is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from the site

  • Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly, as updates may occur without prior notice
